Thanks for dropping by.   My name is Cindy Riley.  

I was born and raised in Swannanoa, NC.  Since high school I have lived in  some amazing places but I am so excited to be back in my hometown living out the vision God began shaping in my heart almost a decade ago for planting a church.   

New Beacon is a local movement that meets online and in person to live out God's vision of loving everyone, everywhere like Jesus does. We envision a hybrid model of doing church with gatherings taking place online and in person.  We believe church is about  people instead of programs and buildings.    We gather to worship God, serve our community, and enjoy life together.  EVERYONE is  welcome.

We aim to be our authentic selves, learning together what it means to love God, to be loved by God and to love our neighbor better.
